Kenapa website saya malah sekarang gak bisa di akses setelah saya berikan akses ke kalian untuk masuk ke back-end?
Sudah kami cek plugin dan nomor lisensinya dan kami tidak menemukan masalah, sepertinya permasalahan ada pada hosting Anda.

Boss.. saya hosting bersamaan dengan beberapa web yg lain… yg lain aman2 aja
Maksudnya aman-aman gimana ya? yang saya maksud adalah hosting Anda bermasalah saat nembak nomor lisensi ke server kami, bukan soal website Anda yang sekarang tidak bisa diakses.
Saya coba bantu mengenai website Anda yang blank (http error 500), bisa dibaca di tutorial ini:

yaaa udahlahh nanti saya cari sendiri masalahnya
Kalau dari pengalaman pribadi waktu mendapati masalah http error 500 bisa diatasi dengan mudah dengan mengganti nama tema yg sedang aktif lewat cPanel.
Misal nama themenya arthur coba ganti dengan arthur-x.
Dengan mengganti nama theme yg sedang aktif akan memaksa WordPress untuk memakai theme default (twenty seventeen). Setelah itu coba akses wp-admin website Anda.

saya sudah masuk lewat cpanel dan delete plugin ongkos kirim… web sudah hidup lagi.
tolong kirim link plugin ongkos kirim yang terbaru untuk saya coba install lagi.<br />
