Halo,

Saya tidak bisa melakukan download plugins Paket Plugin E-Commerce di halaman: https://tonjoostudio.com/manage/user/myitem/

Sementara untuk plugins tambahan lainnya sudah bisa di download.

Sudah coba email ke support@tonjoo.com dan sudah telp juga ke nomor kontak yang ada (0274) 880824 sejak 1 minggu yang lalu, namun belum ada balasan.

Mohon bantuannya.

Halo,
Paket Plugin E-Commerce memang tidak bisa didownload, itu bukan untuk didownload karena isinya sama dengan plugin-plugin yang Anda sebut tambahan itu. Paket Plugin E-Commerce itu isinya plugin ongkos kirim, plugin konfirmasi pembayaran, dll.

Jadi jika Anda sudah berhasil mendownload pluginplugin ongkos kirim, plugin konfirmasi pembayaran, dll satu per satu maka tidak ada lagi yang perlu didownload.
