Hai, saat saya mau aktivasi plugin di alamat wp-admin/admin.php?page=pok_license ada error “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”

Ternyata masalahnya adalah Anda salah beli plugin. Plugin yang Anda beli adalah plugin ongkos kirim multi vendor yang mana membutuhkan plugin ongkos kirim agar bisa berjalan. plugin ongkos kirim multi vendor adalah add-on dari plugin ongkos kirim.
Plugin ongkos kirim sendiri saat ini sedang ditutup sementara penjualannya karena sedang mengalami perbaikan. Penjualan plugin ongkos kirim kami buka kembali sekitar 2-3 minggu ke depan.

Sepertiny berbeda masalahnya, karena Mohamad Lutfi salah beli plugin bukan terlambat renew.
Jika sudah terlambat renew maka memang harus beli lagi seperti pembelian baru.

Masalahnya sama kok mas, saya sudah email ke support@tonjoo.com juga.. kemarin saya mau renew karena sebelumnya sudah beli dan mau expired.

Saya ga bisa renew / beli baru karena ga ada tombol purchase nya, jadinya saya beli yg multi vendor juga karena saya pikir sama.. nah kejadiannya kaya mas lutfi yg masuk ke akses pluginnya error.

Nah saya mau tukar license juga sama kaya mas lutfi bisa mas? Saya sudah bayar tgl 28, dan dikonfirm tadi sih sama tonjoo
