Apakah sudah dicoba troubleshoot dengan melakukan langkah-langkah ini?
Cek lisensi Anda di halaman setting plugin ongkos kirim. Apakah valid atau tidak. Jika sebelum nya Anda menggunakan versi Trial, pastikan lisensi Anda bukan lisensi Trial lagi, tapi sudah lisensi premium (bisa cek di user dashboard tonjoosutio Anda).
Jika langkah pertama tidak berhasil, coba gunakan theme default WordPress atau theme default WooCommerce (storefront). Jika di theme default jalan dengan baik, berarti theme Anda tidak kompitabel.
Jika masih belum berhasil coba tambahkan shipping zone (WooCommerce–>Settings–>Shipping zones)

sudah pak, silahkan coba kembali
Kami sudah coba debug dengan mengecek error lognya namun tetap tidak menemukan masalahnya. Saran terakhir cuma coba instal lagi dari awal dan coba untuk tidak menginstal terelbih dahulu plugin lain selain woocommerce dan plugin tonjoostudio.
