When I install the Plugin for the slider pro, the entire site goes down and break the URL. If I uninstall the Slider Pro, the site works again. Please let me know how to fix this. I can not update anything as the site is down after installing plugin.

Please make sure there’s no conflicting plugin. You can try to debug it, by deactivate another plugins (except Sangar Slider), and activate all again one-by-one.

In order for me to disable any plugins, the site has to let me in. Even with the WP-ADMIN, the site does not let me into the site, because as soon as I had the Slider plugin activated, the site went down. I can not login to the admin page or see the site.

I was able to login from my CPanel, using the hosting website account page to go to the admin page, disabled all plugins, except, Sangar Slider, the was was still down. Turned off(Deactivated) Sangar Slider and turned (activated) all other plugins, the site is working without the slider.
It seems to be the Slider Plugin is having issues.

Please try to turn WP_DEBUG to TRUE, in wp-config.php. I cannot edit your file.
Please set WP_DEBUG to true, then paste the actual error message here.
Also dont forget to make backup first
