Setelah pindah dari hosting ke server ongkir tidak muncul

sebelumnya saya menggunakan hosting,, plugin ongkir berjalan normal.. namun setelah saya pindah ke server (vps) ongkir tidak muncul dan tonjoo license management juga tidak muncul.. https://prnt.sc/yddk9l

mohon solusinya.

FYI : Domain masih sama

Halo,

Silakan mengikuti langkah berikut:

1. Masuk ke database
2. Cari tabel wp_options
3. Cari option_name bernama tonjoo_plugins lalu hapus row tersebut -> https://prnt.sc/q9rfh1
4. Setelah itu coba lakukan aktivasi lagi seperti biasa.

Saya sudah ikuti langkah2 nya.. dan lisensi menagement sudah muncul kembali ( https://prnt.sc/yehult )

saya sudah seting ulang pengaturan ongkirnya dari awal lagi. tapi tetep ongkirnya gak muncul ( https://prnt.sc/yehcp6 )

Untuk pindah domain, silakan domain lama yang terdaftar dihapus terlebih dahulu.

Untuk menghapus domain lama silakan login ke website Tonjoostudio, kemudian masuk ke menu License. di halaman tersebut anda dapat menghapus domain lama.

Setelah itu dapat diaktivasi lagi dari awal.
