Excerpt not changing

Hello
Tried using this plugin, checked all options (including Special Method). But the plugin did not change the default Excerpt length of 30 words. What can be done or what to do? Thanks

Hi, is there a possibility that your theme has his own excerpt function?, if that true, our plugin excerpt function has been overridden by your theme excerpt function.
