Install Mino Premium not working

Hi,

I just purchased the license for Mino Premium. I have tried to install the new theme (I want to upgrade from the free version I’m currently using to premium version) but the following message appeared after I tried to upload the zip file (mino-pro- 1.5.3.zip).

Installing the theme…

Destination folder already exists. /homepages/34/d658751329/htdocs/clickandbuilds/XXXXXXXXX/wp-content/themes/mino/

Theme install failed.

XXXXXXXXX is my website – i don’t want to disclose this in a public forum yet.
How do I overcome this installation fail?? Would I need to go into the directory and rename “mino” folder to something else so the premium version can take place?

Hi

Please delete the Mino lite first (please also delete its folder), after that you can install the Mino premium 🙂

Thank you Zea. So does that mean I delete through my FTP client using that filepath? Or must I do that from the WordPress/WooCommerce platform?

Yes, please delete from cpanel/FTP. It’s cleaner than from WP 🙂
