Kemungkinan karena Anda menggunakan kurir JNE dimana kurir JNE untuk layanan dalam kotanya menggunakan layanan khusus yakni JNE city to city (CTC). Jadi pastikan bahwa layanan JNE CTC ini dicentang di menu pengaturan filter courier service. https://prnt.sc/pqisug
