Halo!

Mau nanya, klo Berat Pengiriman Default sekarang ini paling kecil kan 0.125 kg, jadi klo customer saya beli barang lebih dari 8 (misalnya 9, 9×0.125=1.125), otomatis Woo Ongkir akan menghitung ke tariff 2 kg, sedangkan nyatanya barang yg dibeli sangat ringan walaupun kuantitasnya banyak.

Ada solusi apa ya untuk mengatasi ini. Barang yg saya jual walaupun misalkan kutantitasnya 20 pcs, asli beratnya hanya dibawah 1 kg. Saya ga mau customer saya merasa tertipu di ongkir nanti. hehe, minta solusi yah.

Dan apakah settingan “Weight” yg ada di dalam menu “shipping” di halaman “Product” akan meng-overwrite settingan “Berat Pengiriman Default dari WooOngkir”? atau sebaliknya?

Halo,

Untuk settingan berat tsb bukan di woo-ongkir, tetapi di woocommerce nya

Woo ongkir akan tetap menghitung dibulatkan ke atas. Misal berat 0.99kg akan dihitung menjadi 1kg

Karena woo-ongkir hanya mengikuti perhitungan kurir (JNE, POS, DLL)
