Unable to register Premium Fluid Responsive Slideshow:

I have installed the plugin, but when I click to register the license it says that I do not have privileges to do so. I asked my IT people to check and they say it is not an issue with my account which has administrator rights. I tried their account as well.

This is there statement:
The plugin is already installed, that’s why you get this error during installation – I tried to configure it and enter license code but it’s showing error on http://shsaablog.org/wp-admin/admin.php?page=frs-setting-page&tabtype=license

You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.

Please contact your extension provider as we do not limit database or files access in any way.

Hi Peter,

I try to register your license, and I did not find any problems :/

I suspect the problem lies in your server/hosting. Because our plugins uses wp_remote_get function to communicate with our servers for license activation, and sometimes there are some web hosting which limiting the activities of it for security reason (Although it’s quite rare). But it’s okay 🙂

Anyway, now your FRS premium is running. Please check it 🙂

Thank you for registering the license for me.

I am still have difficulties with the saving of slides.
When I try to add a slide, it says that it is added and displays it, but when I ask for the slide show, it says the slideshow is blank.

Can you look into that issue?

We still investigate this issue, and we suspect it is compability issue with WordPress 4.2.1.

We will update FRS immediately to fix this compability issue.
