I have checked your server and it currently use php version 5.4 which it is below our requirement. Please at least use php 5.5.
for your questions:
1. you can do it but you have edit the code, there is no theme options to do that.
2&3, We don’t have any idea because it is a premium plugin so we can’t try this.
