NO LICENSE ON MY ACCOUNT

I just purchased again Sangar Slider license, and even though my credit card has been charged and I received 2cehckout receipt, there is no license in my dashboard.
Abou a year ago I already purchased same license,and now after a year I can’t edit my slider and save changes.
Please reply ASAP how can this be fixed.
