1. Re-download & re-install both sangar slider and post slider

2. Please try on default wordpress theme

Also, it would be very helpful if I can debug it directly on your website, if you don’t mind sharing your wp-admin for a minute 🙂

Have you tried using another theme? Or we can provide you a refund if you are not statisfied

Hi Stefan,

It’s quite difficult to maintain 100% compability to ALL wordpress theme. Some themes are hardcoded or not following wordpress standard, so our plugin somehow cannot override it.
