Setelah kami cet ternyata di website Anda menggunakan WC Vendors versi pro dimana untuk versi Pro kami belum support. Plugin multi vendor kami baru support untuk versi free.

Silakan pakai versi yang free. Plugin-plugin yang kami support (DOKAN, WC MARKETPLACE, WC VENDORS, WOOCOMMERCE PRODUCT VENDORS & YITH MULTI VENDORS), semuanya adalah versi yang free yang kami support.

Apakah ada rencana diupdate untuk versi pro?
Karna kalo versi free banyak fitur yg tidak didukung oleh plugin wc vendor.
Untuk update support versi pro sepertinya belum masuk rencana kami dalam waktu dekat ini karena kami beranggapan lebih banyak yang memakai versi free. Kami akan lakukan update ke versi pro jika memang ada banyak permintaan dari pelanggan kami.

Td sdh coba nonaktifkan versi pro, dan memang vendor bisa mengganti lokasi toko, namun ada beberapa yg tidak ada dalam list, misal saya ingin rubah lokasi toko di kab. Blora atau kec. Cepu, namun tidak ada waktu search.
Apa ada solusi?

Karna plugin ongkir multivendor ini tdk berfunsi dengan baik di web saya, apa bisa direfund dengan plugin ongkos kirim?
Karna kalo saya harus ganti versi free untuk plugin wc vendor, itu tidak memungkinkan, karna thema saya support versi pro dan lebin kompatible pro daripada free.

Okey, bisa dilakukan penukaran pembelian. Silakan lakukan pembelian plugin ongkos kirim lalu lakukan konfirmasi di sini. Selanjutnya akan langsung kami hapus lisensi plugin multi vendor dan kami ganti dengan nomor lisensi plugin ongkos kirim.
