Can’t upload FR Slideshow premium skins plugin

Hi Eileen!

As descripted on the https://tonjoostudio.com/addons/fluid-responsive-slideshow-premium-skin-pack/#installation , please follow this step to install:

1. Download the plugin from your account

2. Unzip the zip file. It will extract two file : fluid-responsive-slideshow.zip and fluid-responsive-slideshow-premium.zip

3. Upload and install fluid-responsive-slideshow.zip followed by fluid-responsive-slideshow-premium.zip.

4. Premium Fluid Responsive Slideshow option feature will appears in FR Slideshow menu

If you have installed the free plugin, you can just upload the second file, fluid-responsive-slideshow-premium.zip, that’s it. If you have another problem, please let us know.

When I do that , it tells me no valid plugins were found.

Have you extract the file fluid-responsive-slideshow-premium-pack.zip and get:

1. fluid-responsive-slideshow.zip
2. fluid-responsive-slideshow-premium.zip

Are you sure?

The file number one is a free plugin, and the number two is a pay plugin.
You must upload both of file if you don’t have a free version.
If you already have a free version installed, you just need to install a plugin number two

If that doesn’t work, please provide us your WordPress site credential and we will installing it for you.
