Premium works on one website, not on another

Hello,
I have two paid premium versions of ECAE, one works fine but another one is not showing any effect on the site.
It is installed, activated, blog pages are defined; I cannot see a difference between them and what I could have done wrong on the one in question. (Same on a third website with the free version).
It seems that the themes overrule the plugin – could this be the reason?
Or did I miss somnething completely simple?? 🙂
Any help gratefully welcome. Thanks in advance!

Hi Ulf,

What theme are you using? Because some theme (especially the old one) have their own excerpt function.

Please check whether your theme have option to turn off excerpt function.

Hi Zea,
thanks for the reply. I use "Link" by xtremelysocial and "Hero" by themetrust. I see in neither of them an option to change these settings. <br />
Any idea left?<br />

Thank you, Zea. I am waiting for a reply on this topic from the producers of these two themes mentioned above to decide with which I will work further on. Hope I get them soon and then I will come back to you if they have no solution.
