Hi Firstcityassociates,
It seems that the theme exceed your maximum server configuration. Just contact your hosting provider to increase your server configuration.
Try to increase at:
upload_max_filesize = 32M
post_max_size = 32M
max_execution_time = 120

To build homepage, kensington provide tonjoo page builder. Make sure you have installes tonjoo page builder which come bundled with this plugin. Go here on how to use it:

the image i used is not opening in full view mode. there is no option for images to view as gallery?

What kind of gallery do you mean? If you mean that it can pop-up in modal view, the answer is no. We don’t have that kind of gallery. Maybe in the next update we will add this feature.
