Use Simple Address Field tidak berfungsi

Halo,

Saya mencoba feature Use Simple Address Field pada plugin ongkir tapi saat search di halaman checkout tidak muncul data apapun dan di console muncul error 400 pada request admin-ajax.php. Apabila menggunakan address field biasa (propinsi, kota, kecamatan) berfungsi seperti biasa. Apakah feature ini belum bisa dipakai?

lalu muncul error 400 pada request admin-ajax.php knapa ya? saya sudah coba ganti theme dengan twentytwenty tetap muncul seperti itu di console
