I purchased the 5 user license, and installed it OK, but when I click activate it gives
Sangar Slider Premium is required to activate this plugin
Download the Sangar Slider Premium from our site www.tonjoostudio.com
which is just a link to marketing stuff not a download page for a paying customer.
How do I resolve this please, I was not expecting this and I have an hour do to something and now this is eating my time.

It is actually too late now. I have used another product. This is 2017, almost 2018. Customer experience should be such that products just work. It is not 1997. How do I obtain a refund? I cannot give you a login to the website, because it is on my localhost and will be published today. I cannot publish something that is broken.
