Kemungkinan karena masalah teks label yang berwarna putih jadi tidak kelihatan.
Untuk membuat teks menjadi hitam bisa dilakukan dengan cara memasukkan code css ke customizer.
Silakan klik appearance–>customize

lalu klik menu "Additional CSS" dan tambahkan kode ini:
