white space where slideshow should be
Updated on September 24, 2015 in Fluid Responsive Slideshow

I’ve been using this plugin for a while and it works well on another site. However I have just tried to add it to a new site (wordpress 4.3.1, FRS 2.2.1). I get a white space where the slideshow should be.

In the back office I can see the slideshow just fine. And if I look at the source on the public page there is lots of code there.

I have carefully deactivated all the other plugins one by one but the slideshow still doesn’t appear.

Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Hello Zea. In fact I have worked out where the conflict was coming from. It was a call to jquery in the page header which I had hard coded some time ago, so it wasn’t removed with the plugins. Once I removed that, the plugin works. Now all I have to do is to find a work aroung. Thanks anyway for coming back to me.
